SHIPPING UPDATES

    • These titles has arrived in the US and are STILL AWAITING RELEASE FROM CUSTOMS. 
    • As soon as they are released and delivered, we will begin fulfillment

PRODUCTION UPDATES

U.S. Printer

  • The following PAPERBACK TITLES are in production:

Overseas Printer

  • We are still awaiting printed proof for the following titles:
    • The Reaper
    • The Joker
    • The Player
    • The Thief
    • Savage Games
    • Vicious Lies
    • Twisted Secrets
  • While we are still awaiting printed proofs, we are actively looking for an alternative printing company that won't have long waits and is located in the United States.
  • We are using BookVault for the following hardcovers:
    • Wicked Saint - printed proof has been ordered
    • The printing files for the following are being updated. As soon as the files are updated, we are going to order the printed proof.
      • Tempting Devil
      • Ruthless Bishop
      • Savage Wilder

NOTE: If you are no longer able to wait for your order, you can email us to request cancellation/refund. Please send us an email with your order #. 

REFUNDS

  • Customers who have emailed us cancellation/refund requests, we are working through them. As soon as the cancellation/refund request is processed, we will send an email response.

BOOK BOXES

NOTE: THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS FOR BOOK BOXES

  • April Book Box (WHPA: The Elite) - This is being printed with the overseas printer and is awaiting printed proof.
  • April Book Box Add-On (WHPA: The Exile) - The books are being printed with the US printing company and we are running into the endpaper issue.
  • June Book Box (One Look) - Finalizing swag designs.
  • July Book Box (Kings of Wayward Academy Series) - Finalizing swag designs
    • Disobedient Pawn (Book 1) - waiting for the files from the designer to send to the printing company for printed proof.
  • Anniversary Box (Uncaged Duet & The Ritual Room Series) - Interior design and formatting in progress.
  • September Book Box (Power Play by Anastasija White) - finalizing cover typography and waiting for interior pages sketches from designer
  • October Book Box (The Bombshell Devil's Advocate by Nikkita Bell) - printed proof of the book has been ordered. The author is working on the swag designs.
